                                                                            BOOKING POLICY

- In order to respect the time of my clients and me, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late will have their treatment shortened by the delay time or I will perform a different treatment in the time we have left (the price of the treatment remains unchanged).
-Please attend your appointment alone- unfortunately this means I can’t allow friends or children to come along to any appointments for insurance reasons.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, my policy is 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply.  

- Unfortunately cancellations last minute or no shows means I have an empty spot that can’t be filled. Please be respectful to my time.

-Cancellation in the day of treatment will incur a  50% charge.

-Cancelling 2 hours or less or not showing will mean a 100% charge.

- Unfortunately, expired vouchers  can't be accepted, and the treatment specified on the voucher  can't be changed to something different.
